Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Nigerian law to use MYGRO. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@mygromarket.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

MYGRO supports four roles: Buyer, Vendor, Rider and Admin. Some roles require KYC verification before full activation.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. The total at checkout includes the product subtotal, dynamic delivery fee (base ₦700 + ₦150/km, with weight and peak-hour surcharges where applicable), a platform service fee (₦100–₦300 based on order value), and any applied coupons or PRO discounts.

We accept Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD), MYGRO Wallet, and verified manual bank transfers. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or admin verification of bank transfer proof.

Vendors are paid out their item subtotal minus the applicable category commission (5–12%) on successful order completion.

Estimated delivery windows are calculated from the vendor's pickup location to your address. Dispatch rider GPS tracking is provided via the Order Tracking page in real time. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or rider availability.

You must provide an accurate delivery address and an active phone number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or unreachable contact details may incur re-delivery fees.

Perishable goods (fresh produce, meat, dairy) may only be refunded or replaced if the items are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect on delivery. Report issues within 2 hours of receipt via Support → “Report a problem” with photo evidence.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before a vendor accepts/prepares the order. Once prepared, a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the order subtotal may apply.

Approved refunds are credited to your MYGRO Wallet within 24 hours, or back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Vendors must list authentic, in-stock products with accurate descriptions, prices, and images. Riders must hold valid identification and a working delivery vehicle. MYGRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of Nigerian consumer protection laws (FCCPC Act, 2018).

PRO membership is billed monthly. Active subscriptions auto-renew on the expiry date unless cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current month. PRO perks (free delivery, 10% discount, priority support) apply immediately upon activation.

All MYGRO branding, logos, code, copy, and original imagery are the property of MYGRO Market Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of it without written permission.

MYGRO is a marketplace. We are not the manufacturer or producer of listed items. Vendor-listed product quality, weight, and freshness are the vendor's responsibility. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of MYGRO after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising will be resolved by the courts of Lagos State.
